CITC Santo Domingo, República Dominicana 3252 días 22 horas 15 minutos 1 segundoInstallation and Set up for Money Transfer are your responsibilities: - Direct support to FSS for the Activation and Set Up force during post-sales efforts. - Conduct Calls to agents to for equipment survey and deployment and set-up and make appointments for set up. -Provide daily detail reports on calls and appointments. - Assist with the completion of Money Transfer, Bill Payment and other financial services application process. - Light Tech Support - Handle preventative maintenance on Retailer hardware - i.e. spyware, viruses, computer updates, and printer installation. - Interact with the Help Desk and Tier 3 Support teams from the field. - Secondary responsibilities - Back-end operations support IDT retail distribution channel
